Workout and times to suit everyone


CrossFit Class

A CrossFit class starts with a warm up to prepare you physically and mentally for the session. This is followed by the strength/skill session, finishing with the main part of the class; the workout of the day (WOD) which every member in the class will complete. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and correct technique. The all round CrossFit experience. 


Open Gym

Gym is open for general use. Come in any time; work on your fitness and technique or do the workout of the day (WOD).  This is not a coached session however there will be a coach on hand for help and advice.


MetCon Madness

A good saturday morning blow out. This class does not have the usual strength/skill section to it just a number of, fun, high intensity workouts


Gain Barbell Club

This is a class aimed at Weighlifting and building strength for the Snatch + the Clean & Jerk. (The Olympic lifts). This class will not be easy but will not have a high intensity workout and so is different to a normal CrossFit Class. Thos class will focus on technique, Strength an power.

Rowing Class

This is a 45 minute class building your engine and work capacity whilst also improving your rowing technique.


Friday Team Workout

Still a CrossFit Class but many of the workouts will be performed in teams. This is a longer session but guaranteed to be fun. Members will pick their own music, it will be different every week and there is no better way to start you weekend. It will be loud, intense and a great way to get those GAINz.
