Is CrossFit for everyone?

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. CrossFit is for all ages, all shapes and sizes, and all fitness levels.  

What will I find in a CrossFit gym?

At CrossFit you wont find any machines.  Instead you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable; which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

What can I gain?

CrossFit develops stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.

You don't need to be fit to start CrossFit!

  • Is looking to get in shape but can’t face going to a gym
  • Has lost interest in your current gym routine
  • Thinks you don’t have time to exercise

Then CrossFit is for you!

Our classes take place at our gym in Norwich. Every workout is different so you will rarely do the same thing twice. Therefore much less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same classes at the gym every week. Our fantastic workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long; they can fit into even the busiest schedules.
